    How processed food deteriorate our immune system

    Before First World War many societies had relied on the close surrounding communities to provide food. Outside resources were limited, expensive, therefore it was individual responsibility to provide nutrition.

    After First World War malnutrition became an issue. The health issues had associated with food shortage. Problem had been solved by increasing agricultural production. Life standart had been changes, population had been grown. That time was accompanied by technological discoveries.

    Manufacturing process decreased food prices. Food became accessible. Starvation was solved.

    Popular food is high in refined grains, saturated fats, added sugar and sodium.

    Sugar, sodium has been packed into every processed product, hijacking our brain chemistry and stimulates endless appetites, increasing overconsumption and weight gain, among other medical problems.

    But nobody thought that it could lead to another problems ...

    Highly Processed food became an important contributor to epidemic of chronic desease.

    How processed food weaken our immune system?

    Processed food = Poor Gut Health = Poor Immunity.

    Bacteries are living in our guts, which help break down food, absorb nutrition, keep toxins out. This cells in our guts thrive on what we feed them.

    Processed food causes the wrong bacteria and yeast to grow.
